The completed registration sheets shall remain in the possession of the trained person for two years and may be requested at any time for inspection by the official veterinarian carrying out veterinary supervision in the area concerned.
In addition to the records of the examination, the notebook contains an excerpt of the quotation of MZE Decree No. 289/2007 Coll., as amended by MZE Decree No. 61/2009 Coll. + a short explanatory text.
The scope is 100 pages of which 90 pages are records.
