Shipping & Payment

You can pick up your ordered goods at our store in České Budějovice. Simply select the Store reservation option during the ordering process. The option to return or exchange goods does not apply to reservations with personal pickup – this is not an order, but a reservation only.
As soon as the goods are ready for pickup, we will send you an information email. You can find the current overview and opening hours of the store in the Contacts section.
We currently ship to the following countries:

When we dispatch your parcel, you will receive a notification by email or SMS with the parcel number. In case of unsuccessful delivery you will receive an email. When the courier is about to deliver the parcel, you will be informed in advance. You will receive a pickup code by SMS or email. You must give this code to the courier.
This service can only be used for orders with a total value of up to CZK 20,000 (shipment insurance limit).
Payment can be made in cash or by card.

When we dispatch your parcel, you will receive a notification by email or SMS with the parcel number. In case of unsuccessful delivery you will receive an email. Once the parcel has been delivered to the pickup point you selected, you will receive an email or SMS with a pickup code. You must enter this code in the pickup box or give it to the staff at the pickup point.

Guaranteed delivery time is within 24 hours (on working days, outside the Christmas period) from dispatch. When we dispatch the parcel, you will receive an SMS with the parcel number. In case of unsuccessful delivery you will receive an email. The DPD driver will call you to specify the delivery time.
This service can be used by recipients if the parcel cannot be delivered on the first attempt.
The courier will leave a notice with a new delivery date and information about the options for redirecting the parcel.
If the recipient wishes to change the delivery date or delivery address, this can easily be done on the carrier’s web portal and the parcel will be delivered the next day (or on the chosen day) to the current or newly chosen address.
