Pro Secur Bear Defender is a pepper gas with increased potency and range designed to repel aggressive animals.

Improved effect and range
The Secur Bear Defender is a pepper gas with a capacity of up to 225 ml. This amount of OC irritant allows to repel even large animals, including bears, which can be encountered during hikes in the Tatras and Bieszczady Mountains.

The thrower shoots a stream of pepper gas through a conical nozzle to a distance of about 10 m, so that we can defend against the animal from a safe distance.

Due to its dense consistency, the gas is not very susceptible to wind gusts. The wide stream allows us to cover a larger area, thus speeding up the gas reaction time.

The gas in the form of a stream is more accurate than a cloud, has a longer range, covers the skin better and can be used in open or closed spaces such as a room or corridor.

Immediate effect
The active ingredient of the blaster is a 10% solution of OC (oleoresin capsicum) with 2% addition of MC (Major Capsaicinoids) with a sharpness of up to 2 million SHU.

Pepper gas is an effective incapacitating agent that affects both animals and humans. OC affects the attacker almost immediately. It causes severe skin burning, watery eyes and respiratory irritation.

The aggressor treated with gas has a reduced ability to perceive, feels shortness of breath and intense burning of the skin. All these factors cause temporary disorientation during which he is unable to coordinate his actions.

The average exposure time to gas is up to 45 minutes, allowing us to safely move away and summon help. Walther Pro Secur Bear Defender is effective against wild animals, people under the influence of alcohol, drugs and other intoxicants.

Security
The use of the blaster is simple and instinctive, requiring no permission or training, but it is advisable to familiarize yourself with its use beforehand. In a threatening situation, aim the blaster at the animal or the face of the attacker and pull the trigger.

The retractable safety prevents accidental triggering of the thrower, which must be pulled out before you intend to use the gas.
