The inner and outer surface of the smoker is made ofstainless steel material, which is suitable for contact with food and at the same timedurable to outdoor weather conditions.

Smokehouse withwith a capacity of 150 litres is equipped with a double heating coil with 1400 W power. However, it can be adjusted to half power, e.g. for grilling and smoking on hot summer days.
