The Tormek T-4 Bushcraft has a fully die-cast zinc upper section where important machine parts such as the motor, main shaft, handle and grips are integrated for universal support. The bottom of the stand is made of impact resistant green ABS plastic. As a whole, this means a stable machine that can withstand pressure and has unsurpassed precision. Thanks to the correct handle, you can easily move the machine if necessary.
Grinding wheel for fine and coarse grinding
With the Tormek T-4 Bushcraft you can sharpen various outdoor knives, hunting knives, fishing knives and axes. The grinder is equipped with tormek SG-200 Original sharpening stone, which allows a wide range of grinding properties on the same grinding stone. You can easily alternate between a coarser 220 grit grind and a finer grind that provides a surface equivalent to 1000 grit. This means that you can both restore a completely ruined tool and get it back to like new, but also easily sharpen a tool that is just dull.
The sharpening is finished on the leather lapping wheel, where you not only polish the tool, but also grind off the rough edge created during sharpening. This gives your tool the absolute highest sharpness and a polished edge that will last a long time.
Sharpens all your tools
Tormek offers a set of jigs for different tools that can be purchased separately and used on the same system, depending on your needs. Chisel, drill, scissors and turning steel are examples of other tools you can grind with the Tormek T-4 Bushcraft.
