    Značně neprofesionální zacházení se stálým zákazníkem. Objednané zboží bylo skladem. Bohužel objednávka byla po pár dnech zrušena, jelikož jsem prý dostatečně rychle neodeslal platbu. Zřejmě bylo zboží potřeba pro někoho přednějšího.

    Dobrý den, v tomto případě se jednalo o neprofesionální jednání ale ne z naší strany. Dne 9.6. jsme obdrželi Vaši objednávku a v tento den Vám byly zaslány platební údaje. Platbu máte předem z toho důvodu, že s datem splatnosti byl problém již v minulosti. Ve dnech 13.6., 14.6. a 16.6. Vám byla odeslána výzva k platbě, která neproběhla. Standartním postupem je, že zákazníka k platbě urgujeme 2x, poté se objednávka ruší. Již se tady nebudeme bavit o profesionalitě, to jsme si již vysvětlili v emailech že pro dlouhodobého velkoobchodního partnera je opravdu nemístné takové recenze psát. S pozdravem, tým Šubrt
