RedSteel General X1 is a simple hiking, working and hunting knife, made of high quality materials. Blade made of stainless steel AUS-8, hardness 58 - 59 HRC. AUS-8 steel requires no special care, is easy to sharpen, and is resistant to blade breakage. With a blade length of 10.9 cm, the knife is great for hiking, simple chores around the house and in the garden. It is also very usable as a simple hunting knife. The blade thickness of 2.7 mm provides the knife with sufficient strength and, in combination with the hollow grind, gives it excellent cutting properties.

Handle made of Caucasian walnut wood. A simple guard protects your fingers from slipping on the blade. At the end of the handle is a distinctive full-tang design knife protrusion that can be used to break or rewind the cord. The knife comes with a leather blade guard.
