How to shop

In individual categories or via search, choose the goods you want to purchase. Then add the selected product to the cart by clicking Add to cart.

Once your order is complete, go to the cart, choose the delivery and payment method, and fill in the delivery details.

In the cart, choose the delivery and payment method that suits you best. For each delivery option, the price is shown. For orders over 3000 CZK, shipping is free. 

To add goods to the cart, open the product and continue within it. 

• On the first page, select the delivery country and currency. CZK (Kč) are dotuupné only for the Czech Republic. For all other countries, goods can be delivered only when paying in EUR.
• Below, choose the delivery method. You can choose from several carriers or personal pickup. More information about delivery can be found on the page Delivery and payment. Weapons and ammunition can only be collected in person or delivered via specialized transport to your address.
• Below the delivery options, you can choose payment types. For the fastest delivery, we recommend online card payment or cash on delivery. More information about payment can be found on the page Delivery and payment.
• On the next page, fill in your billing and delivery details (if different from the billing details). 

After filling in all required fields, you can submit the order by clicking Order. The system will check the entered information and, if no error is found, it will register the order in our system.

• Read the terms and conditions and the personal data protection policy and place the order. Based on the selected payment type, instructions will be displayed. 
• You can confirm sharing details for a review on Zboží.cz and you can refuse the Heureka satisfaction questionnaire. We appreciate every review and feedback. 
• After purchasing, within a few days you will receive a request from us to rate the purchased product. We will be happy if you take the time and help other customers with their choice. As a reward, we will send you a discount code for your next purchase.

If you selected bank transfer payment in the cart, after the order is registered and the goods are checked manually, we will send you the payment details. To speed up entering the payment order, you can use a QR code.

Online payment is processed via a payment gateway. If your online payment fails for any reason (e.g., internet transactions not enabled on your payment card), contact us and we will change the payment method.

After a successful payment in the gateway, the system will redirect you back to our website and the order will be completed.

After the goods are shipped by the selected carrier, we will send you the parcel tracking number by email. You can then track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
