    Product detailed description

    The basic component of single component powders is nitrocellulose (90-98%). Various additives such as chemical stabilisers, surface treatment agents, muzzle flash reducing agents and agents affecting the combustion characteristics of the powder are also used in their production. The powder grains can be in the form of rolls, tubes, plates, discs or multi-core rolls. Many of these powders are further coated with substances that achieve more favourable combustion characteristics of the powders. Single component powders are used in ammunition and munitions for short and long guns, mortars, cannons, howitzers and other special applications in various industries.
