    Product detailed description

    The basic component of single component powders is nitrocellulose (90-98%). Various additives such as chemical stabilisers, surface treatment agents, muzzle flash reducing agents and agents affecting the combustion characteristics of the powder are also used in their production.

    Dust grains can be in the form of rollers, tubes, plates, discs or multi-element rollers.

    Many of these dusts are further treated with surface treatment agents to achieve more favourable dust burning characteristics. Single component powders are used in ammunition and munitions for short and long guns, mortars, cannons, howitzers and other special applications in various industries.
