Exclusive knife with a blade made of damascus steel, which has a cutting core made of Japanese vg-10 steel, sandwiched between 66 layers of 2 SS316 stainless steel (damascus steel), which ensures exceptional durability and toughness. The blade of this knife undergoes hardening in high-precision vacuum heat treatment furnaces. Each knife is hand-ground and achieves exceptional to extreme sharpness at a hardness of around 61 HRC.
