Instructions for use:

1)First of all, it is necessary to align the blade, this is important for very dull or damaged knives, put the knife in the sharpener in a horizontal position and in this position pull the sharpener with a lot of pressure 2x-3x.
2)Now we can start with sharpening the blade, stretch the knife from the handle to the tip, the tip of the knife must point downwards, press on the knife only slightly, repeat 4-8 times. 3/The last step of sharpening is to finish sharpening the blade, now choose the opposite procedure, with the tip of the knife pointing upwards, apply very little pressure and pull the knife through the sharpener 3x-5x. if you use this step in the kitchen as much as possible, your knives will be sharp all the time.
4)After sharpening, be sure to rinse the knife and sharpener thoroughly with water.

Notice:

1) The sharpener is not suitable for ceramic knives
2) Do not apply too much pressure when sharpening, as this could damage the blade or the sharpener.
3) Do not put the grinder in the dishwasher or in water.
4) Keep the sharpener and sharpened knives out of the reach of children - this will prevent unnecessary accidents.
