The Canik SFx RIVAL in black is a modern sports pistol designed with a focus on accuracy, speed and ergonomics. It is based on the METE platform but features its own design elements optimised for IPSC competition shooting – particularly in the Production and Production Optics divisions.

The pistol is fitted with a long 127 mm barrel, which improves accuracy and helps to minimise recoil. The polymer frame with glass fibre reinforcement is lightweight yet sturdy, and is contoured to ensure a secure grip even during rapid target changes. Aggressive texturing, a deep undercut on the trigger guard, a beavertail and interchangeable grip panels ensure maximum control.

The flat trigger has a direct action and a very short reset. The slide is lightweight and designed to accommodate micro-sights (optic-ready). The standard sights consist of a fibre-optic front sight and a fully adjustable rear sight. Ambidextrous controls allow for natural operation by both right- and left-handed shooters.

The package includes two magazines (18 rounds), mounting plates for a red dot sight, interchangeable grip backs, a Canik punch, a cleaning kit, a speed loader, a combination holster (IWB/OWB) and a hard-shell carrying case.

The firearm falls within category R3 under Act No. 90/2024 – a firearms licence (ZO) and an R3 permit (NP R3) are required to possess it.
