The Canik METE SFT in FDE (Flat Dark Earth) is a fully-fledged 9×19 mm semi-automatic pistol, designed for demanding users from the armed forces, sport shooters and civilian firearms licence holders. Compared to previous generations, the SFT model features several design modifications that enhance user comfort and customisation.

The weapon is fitted with a 113.5 mm (4.46") barrel; the receiver is designed to accommodate micro-sights (optic-ready) and is compatible with RMSc, RMRcc and other red-dot sights.

The glass-fibre-reinforced polymer frame is fitted with interchangeable grip panels, an enlarged trigger guard and a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail. Ambidextrous controls enhance versatility for both right- and left-handed users. The trigger has a direct action and a short reset.

The package includes two magazines (18 and 20 rounds), mounting plates for a red dot sight, a speed loader, a combination holster (IWB/OWB), a Canik punch, a cleaning kit and a carrying case.

The firearm falls within category R3 under Act No. 90/2024 – a firearms licence (ZO) and an R3 permit (NP R3) are required to possess it.
