The Canik METE MC9 PRIME is an advanced 9×19 mm Luger self-loading pistol which expands the METE range with a model offering improved handling, ergonomics and a wealth of features, as is customary with Canik. The pistol is designed to provide greater control whilst firing and improved rate of fire thanks to its integrated single-chamber compensator. This system reduces muzzle rise upon firing and improves group consistency during rapid fire.

The pistol frame features a new grip texture around its entire circumference, which improves grip confidence even in challenging conditions. Improved ergonomic features include a larger, low-profile magwell, a newly shaped slide stop, improved slide grooves, more pronounced controls and a flat trigger with a 90° front face for consistent trigger pull.

Further improvements on previous models include a redesigned vertical texture on the magazine catch and a larger trigger guard.

The pack also includes a G-CODE ambidextrous holster suitable for both IWB and OWB carry, as well as other accessories.
