The Canik METE MC9 L in black is a compact 9 mm self-loading pistol, designed for users seeking a reliable weapon for everyday carry. Compared to the standard MC9 model, the MC9 L version features an extended frame and slide, allowing the use of magazines with a capacity of 17+1 rounds without compromising the pistol’s compactness.

The weapon is fitted with an 81 mm (3.18") barrel; the receiver is designed to accommodate micro-optics (optic-ready) and is compatible with RMSc-standard red dot sights and others. The standard sights comprise a white dot on the front sight and a black rear sight, enabling quick and accurate aiming.

The glass-fibre-reinforced polymer frame ensures high durability whilst maintaining a low weight. The ergonomic design, featuring interchangeable grip backs in three sizes, allows it to be adapted to different hand sizes. The ambidextrous controls enhance versatility for both right- and left-handed users.

The package includes two magazines (both with a capacity of 17 rounds), a speed loader, a combination holster (IWB/OWB), a Canik punch, a cleaning kit and a carrying case.

The firearm falls within category R3 under Act No. 90/2024 – a firearms licence (ZO) and an R3 permit (NP R3) are required to possess it.
