The Canik METE MC9 in black is a micro-compact 9 mm self-loading pistol, designed for concealed or covert carry, or as a backup weapon. Despite its minimal dimensions, it offers full-featured handling and a high-capacity magazine. It is therefore the ideal choice for everyday carry by both civilians and professionals.

The weapon is fitted with an 81 mm (3.18") barrel; the receiver is designed to accommodate micro-sights (optic-ready) and is compatible with the RMSc standard. The low-profile sights facilitate drawing the weapon and allow for accurate shooting even without the use of optics.

The glass-fibre-reinforced polymer frame features interchangeable grip backs in three sizes, a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail for accessories, and ambidextrous controls. The trigger is direct-action with a short reset, and the firearm can be completely disassembled without having to pull the trigger, thanks to the METE system.

The pack includes two magazines (12+1 and 15+1), a combination holster (IWB/OWB), a Canik punch, interchangeable grip backs, a cleaning kit, a speed loader and a hard-shell carrying case.

The firearm falls within category R3 under Act No. 90/2024 – a firearms licence (ZO) and an R3 permit (NP R3) are required to possess it.
