A new and effective method of personal defense and protection of property by shooting .68 caliber rubber bullets.

The construction of the weapon consists of an alloy frame, which is then covered with polymer. Due to the larger dimensions and robustness, the overall weight is significantly reduced. The technical design of Umarex weapons for the T4E models is designed to be durable, weight acceptably balanced and immediately ready for use without excessive wear on the weapon system.

The T4E TS 68 shotgun is powered by a 12g CO2 bomb placed in the handle. The bomb is inserted into the handle and secured with a cap. The weapon is only pressurized when it is needed - just press the cap under the handle and the weapon is pressurized. This system ensures long life of the seal and valve, with the gun ready for use in seconds.

Rubber Ball ammunition is inserted directly into the double-chambered barrel. A switching lever can be used to select which barrel to fire from, or a mode can be set where both barrels are fired simultaneously. Several ammunition variants of this calibre are available.

The trigger mechanism of the T4E TS 68 is in DAO (Double Action Only) mode. You only need to pull the trigger to fire the weapon.

For safety, a reed safety, known for example from Glock models, is built into the trigger. The weapon must be disarmed by pressing the trigger on the centre of the trigger guard together with the trigger reed in order to fire.

The Umarex T4E TS 68 air shotgun is not only for defensive shooting. Although it is not designed for competitive target shooting, it is great for training, for example, on cans or other practice targets.
