AREX Alpha Race is a fine-tuned pistol made for sport shooting. The barrel is 5" (12.7 cm) long and the sights are adjustable in both directions,the trigger (DA/SA) is already factory tuned with smooth operation and short reset,the handle is pleasantly ergonomic with an extended beaver tail.
The pistol has an all-metal frame,extended storage shaft and a lightened cock. The manufacturer supplies the pistol withthree magazines for 20 rounds right in the briefcase. The lightwater sight comes with a fully adjustable sight for precision shooting. On the bottom of the frame there is aPicatinny rail for possible mounting of a flashlight or laser.
The trigger (DA/SA) has also received a lot of attention and has been fine-tuned from the factory to meet the needs of even the most demanding sport shooters. Trigger resistance in modeSingle Action reaches14 N (1,43 kg). The shortened reset is less than2 mm.
The overall design of the pistol has been adapted to offer the shooter a sure and firm grip.Textured metal shanks with a roughened surface on the front of the handle and an extended beaver tail guarantee excellent ergonomic properties.Reversible manual safety lock has an enlarged profile for easier locking and unlocking of the weapon. The same goes for the magazine catch.
