Superformance

Hornady has achieved exceptional performance by developing a new type of gunpowder. No other ammunition manufacturer, in the two years since the Superformance was launched, has achieved similar parameters.

Hornady Superformance ammunition has 100-200 fps (approx. 60m/s) higher muzzle velocity than conventional ammunition. Superformance ammunition is extremely accurate and is available in a wide range of calibers from .243 Win to .458 WinMag. This line of ammunition won the award at IWA 2011, as the ammunition of the year in Europe!

Interbond

The projectile is similar in design to the SST, but is constructed as a harder projectile, so that even after passing through the bones, there is no separation of the jacket from the core and the projectile retains 90% of its original weight. Its jacket is bluer than that of the SST and is profiled into the core.

When the appropriate calibre is used on a particular game, a pair shock almost always occurs.
